Laundry Run - OPEN

As he kept his hands in his pockets and his head down, Zack shuffled down the sidewalk on Bullworth Street. He had a task, and needed to complete it. "Mr. Smith, I need you to go down to the clothing store in Bullworth town and pick up some of my laundry" He knew Ms. Phillips had students do favors for her before, but for some reason he felt special when he was tasked with it. Awkward, he thought, if he should be faced with her undergarments. He chuckled at himself and turned the curb, facing the clothing store.

Wondering where everyone had gone for Christmas break, he felt a sense of loneliness. He decided to stop and take a rest. He pulled his Gameboy Color out of his back pocket and flipped the 'On' switch, sitting on a trash can in the alley by the sidewalk.
